Do you take customs orders?
We generally work around our customers needs but it is not guaranteed all the time and it may have an extra charge. Depends on the request and the workload of the store. If you have a special request please contact us with details at email@example.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed from 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) for regular orders. Orders with customization are processed within 5 to 7 business days. During special sales the process will be extended to 1 to 2 weeks. This could vary depends on the volume of orders.

Where is my order?
Please use your tracking number for updated information about your shipping status. You can find your tracking number on the email we sent at the time the order is fulfilled. If you haven't received that email, please check under "spam" and/or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. But please note there are occasionally unforeseen delays and interruptions with the service that my affect your delivery. Please contact your local post office for any information.
My order is lost?
Our policy doesn't consider a lost package at least 4 weeks from shipping date for domestic and 8 weeks for international. Please contact us at email@example.com
My package is marked 'delivered' but I don't have it.
USPS sometimes mark a package delivered 1-2 days before the package arrives. Please, we kindly ask to be patient in this instance and wait 1-2 business days before reaching out customer service.
First class orders - you may open un a missing mail search after 7 days by visiting the USPS site at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Priority orders - you may file a claim after 15 days by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm for the UPS can also be contacted at 1-877-275-8777 to see if the package can be recovered and delivered correctly.
Please note that Lil' Annabelle's Plans is not liable for missing packages marked as 'delivered' that are either misdelivered by the post office or due to theft on your property. Thank you for understanding.
Other Information about our Shipping Policy
- It is the buyers responsibility to provide us the correct address before placing an order. Please make sure you double check your address before checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address we will contact you for further information. Reshipment cost are at buyer's expense.
- Buyers are responsible for any mistakes on the order. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs, fees or tariffs associate with international orders.
- Combined shipping is not available. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
- If and order is needed shipping a certain time frame, buyer is responsible for contacting shop before placing order as different shipping methods will be discussed to fit the necessary schedule. Shop is not responsible for packages that do not arrive by certain date to unforeseen delays. Shipping upgrades are available upon request. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- For International Shipments, all packages sent with Flat Rate Untracked or FREE Shipping goes out as a First Class International which does not provide a tracking number. If a customer requires a tracking number. The customer must; - Contact the shop prior to placing an order. - Any and all additional costs for shipping will be at the customers expense.
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges
Lil' Annabelle's Plans does not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges, although we will try our best to ensure customer satisfaction.
